Dan Smith
Builder
Dan has been in the building industry since 1979 and started Stonelake Homes in 1995. He has been featured in Homearama 10 times and won numerous awards. He is active in the Building Industry Association of Louisville and proud supporter of JDRF. Each day you will find Dan checking on job sites, working in the office, and meeting with customers and subcontractors.
Andrea Stauble
Office Manager
Andrea is our office manager and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She also helps out on the job sites at the end of construction to ensure that every detail is perfect and your home is ready for move in day.
Kelly Creed
Construction Manager
Kelly spends his days on our jobsites to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that every detail is perfect.
tarRah lutz
interior designer
Tarrah has been in the design field specializing in new construction for 15 years. She is a Certified Paint Color Consultant and a Master Storage Designer. Helping homeowners pick custom finishes for their dream home is her passion.
